Dr. Iris Giles is a Little Rock native with a passion for promoting mental health. Dr. Giles graduated from Little Rock Central High School and went on to further her education from Walden University where she earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in addition to earning a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from Capella University with her dissertation, "The Experience of Resilience and Striving for Self-Improvement Among Adults." Dr. Iris Giles is board-certified by the State of Arkansas as a Licensed Professional Counselor and she is affiliated with the following organizations: American Psychological Association (APA), American Counseling Association (ACA), International Counseling Academic and Honor Society (Chi Sigma Iota), National Society of Leadership and Success (Sigma Alpha Pi), and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and is the owner of Mission Psychotherapy Services, founded in Little Rock, Arkansas. In addition, Dr. Giles was recently awarded Female Mental Health Professional of the Year. She strives for positive change through her efforts to help children and families.
